The band released a song called “No Pride” on July 5th. It’s a punk song that criticizes how Pride has become too commercial. During Pride Month in London, Emily Flea wrote the song. She felt disappointed to see rainbow flags on shops, banks, and police cars. She wondered if they really supported the LGBTQIA+ community. She pointed out that the community still faces problems and stigma throughout the year.

The song is a catchy punk song. Emily sings loudly, Annie plays the drums fast, and Jax sings backing vocals. The band is playful but serious about its message. They use their music to talk about important issues like not drinking alcohol and not eating animal products. This makes their music fun and meaningful. “No Pride” is a song that will make you want to move and think. Daffodildos are more than just a band; they’re a movement. They utilize their music to provoke thought and improve the world. They want to make sure Pride is about what it’s supposed to be about.
